The Youth Gradual Growth Trust (YGGT) is a non-profit organization that was established in 2021 with the aim of empowering the young people of Zimbabwe. The trust has a strong focus on the development and upliftment of the country's youth, who are considered to be the major success of the nation's future. The organization operates on the core values of respect, loyalty, hard work, teamwork, passion, good communication skills, innovative thinking, integrity, submissiveness, sacrificial attitude, and obedience.

YGGT is dedicated to promoting various programs aimed at improving the lives of young people. Some of these programs include HIV and AIDS Awareness, Crime and Drug Abuse Awareness, Environmental Cleaning, Basic Hygiene, Career Guidance, Leadership Workshops, Talent Shows, Visiting Programs, and advocating for a Youth Center. By implementing these programs, the trust seeks to empower young people and equip them with the necessary skills to lead successful and fulfilling lives.

The organization's vision is to bring about youth development, empowerment, enhanced skills development, social development, economic development, social and economic youth training, and educational development among the youth in Kadoma. The trust aims to promote unity among young people and help them to become the owners of macro businesses in the region.

YGGT's mission is to practice developmentally-oriented probation strategies, adhere to the principles of restorative justice, support public safety, and provide services that promote positive Youth Development. The organization is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young people and helping them to achieve their full potential.

In order to become a member of YGGT, one must be between the ages of 15 and 35, be innovative and hardworking, have a venturesome spirit and a high level of participation, and possess a mentality that is viable and has good entrepreneurship skills. Membership is open to anyone living or located in Zimbabwe and the African continent who is interested in helping the organization to achieve its aims and willing to abide by its rules.

Membership is by application and is reviewed periodically. It is limited according to the number of members in the group and the organization's ability to manage them at any given time. Membership is available to anyone regardless of gender, race, nationality, disability, sexual preference, religion, or belief.
