Yvette Shonhai is a 22-year-old fashion model based in Nkulumane 5, Bulawayo. Her journey into the world of fashion began in March 2019 when she started modelling. She quickly honed her skills and qualified to contest in the Miss Onevoice 2020 pageant, where she won two titles: queen and people's choice.

Growing up, Yvette had her own unique fashion style, with a preference for vintage clothing. Her style drew attention and people would often suggest she pursue modelling. However, it wasn't until she attended the uMceco fashion show hosted by fashion designer Nkosi Nkomo that she was truly inspired to pursue modelling seriously.

It was at the fashion show that she met Liam Hall, a male model whose catwalk left her feeling inspired and gave her goosebumps. From that day on, Yvette decided to take her modelling career seriously, with Liam serving as a key source of inspiration.

Yvette's passion and talent for modelling have propelled her to success in the industry, with her winning titles in the Miss Onevoice pageant. She hopes to continue to inspire others through her work and encourages anyone interested in modelling to pursue their dreams.
