There is always a debate on where the Christian community is very judgemental or it passes judicial judgements in its speech.

Speaking to Star FM, gospel artist Mambo Dhuterere mentioned that the reason why he sings in bars and night clubs is because what is where the people who need real saving are. He also mentioned that there is no point preaching to the church when the people there are already believing.

To the question on why does not work well with other gospel artists Mambo said that they exclude him on most gospel shows because they feel he is not part of them.

He also reiterated that there is a need for the gospel community to unite and work well together as this is very important for the success of the genre
